You run the first half. Sit down with the owner and their team, find what is holding the business back, then design the system, software and plan that fix it and train the team on it. Every question and template already lives in our system, 121 OS, and you train beside our founder before you run your own.

You fit if you like asking an owner the question nobody has asked and turning the answer into a plan. As one of our first hires you will wear a few hats, and we are with you every step of the way.

W-2. $250 a week per client you train on, then $500 a week per client you carry. Start dates follow our next signed clients.
