You run the second half. Once the plan and software are in, get the whole team living in them, find the first gains in the real numbers, help the owner make their next hire, and leave them a plan for the year ahead. Every step already lives in our system, 121 OS, and you train beside our founder before you run your own.

You fit if you like getting people to actually use the new way and you notice the small thing that keeps breaking. As one of our first hires you will wear a few hats, and we are with you every step of the way.

W-2. $250 a week per client you train on, then $500 a week per client you carry. Start dates follow our next signed clients.
