We recruit salespeople, train them on real offers from a network of companies, and place them where they fit.
You already sell well in one field: landscaping, roofing, nonprofit connections, or something else. About half your time you sell inside a company in that field. The other half you train new reps who want to do what you do and help place them.
You fit if you have a track record, you like teaching, and you want to build something bigger than your own numbers. As one of our first people you will wear a few hats, and we are with you every step of the way.
Paid on your own sales, plus a share of the commissions your trained reps earn once they are placed. We set the details together when we hire you.
