Spec Systems Development, Phoenix area, in person and remote
Spec Systems
Spec Systems builds custom software for businesses of all kinds: scheduling, job costing, books and more, built around how each company runs.
We train you on how we build, then you build with us on real client projects, from a request to a working screen, and help each client's team start using it.
You fit if you have built something real, even a school project or a side app, you like solving problems for people who are not technical, and you learn new tools fast. As one of our first hires you will wear a few hats, and we are with you every step of the way.
Pay depends on experience. We set it together when we hire you.
